Delete your data

The quickest way: in the app

Open Logic Puzzles Max and go to Settings → Your data → Delete my data. It deletes your account and Firebase cloud data without waiting for a support request. Your progress on this phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

What gets deleted

Your account: the anonymous player id, and its link to Google Play Games if you signed in.
Your cloud backup: the copy of your progress kept for restoring on a new phone.
Your profile data: your Play Games name, progress and statistics, whether you own Premium, the app version and when you last played.

What stays

Your progress on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data in the phone's settings. If you keep playing, the app starts a new, empty player. Premium is tied to your Google Play account, not to this data, so it is not lost.

No longer have the app?

Enter your player ID below to request deletion. You can find and copy it in the app under Settings → Your data → Player ID. A request is reviewed by our team; submitting the form does not delete the account immediately.
