Terms of Use — Logic Puzzles Max

1. What this covers
These terms apply to the Logic Puzzles Max mobile app and its website (together, "the service"), published by Innoventis Infotech. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What you may do
You may install and use the app on devices you own or control, and use the website, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that law expressly permits regardless of this restriction;
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership within it;
- tamper with a purchase or ad reward to obtain benefits you have not earned;
- try to access the admin area or another player's data without permission;
- use it in any way that breaks the law.
4. Who owns what
The app, its puzzle generators, its artwork and its name remain owned by Innoventis Infotech. These terms grant you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of anything.
The puzzles themselves are generated by the app's own algorithms.
5. Your data
The app keeps progress on your device. It also creates an anonymous Firebase player account. If you sign in to Play Games, a cloud backup can help restore progress on another phone. Without a linked backup, uninstalling or clearing the app may permanently remove locally saved progress. You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data in the app or through the website's Delete your data page. The Privacy Policy explains the data involved, advertising, analytics and your choices.
6. Ads and Premium
The app is free to play and shows ads. Videos you choose to watch can earn extra hints or skip a puzzle; other ads are shown between puzzles, never during one. Whether an ad is available at any moment is up to the ad network, and we do not promise one will be.
Premium is an optional one-time purchase, sold through Google Play and managed in the app through RevenueCat, which:
- removes the ads shown between puzzles;
- makes hints unlimited;
- lets you skip a puzzle without watching a video.
Nothing else in the app is locked behind it: every game, mode and puzzle is available without paying. The price is shown before you buy. The purchase is recorded against your Google Play account; the app offers Restore purchases for a new device or reinstall. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
If Premium ever has to change, anything already bought will keep what it was sold with.
7. The app is provided as it is
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be free of defects, will suit any particular purpose, or will always be available.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement, including your rights against the store you bought or downloaded the app from.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Keep a backup of anything important to you. Local progress may be lost if the app is removed or a device is reset before a cloud backup is available.
9. Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
